I started my musical career singing in an acapella choir. That's where I learned to sing and to become familiar with harmonizing. Next I learned to play guitar and played in jazz and rock bands. Then I began playing trumpet and started a wedding band. Majoring in music at the U. of Windsor in my hometown gave me a good background in the classics. In my second year I switched from trumpet to classical guitar. After University I played in several bands as well as an orchestra. Finally several years ago I bought my first Sailboat have been influenced by the music of Jimmy Buffett. This led me to the discovery of tropical music which is more than just music, it's a lifestyle. This year I have produced my first CD of original tunes geared towards the boating life. It has a combination of all music I have enjoyed in my lifetime. Rock, country, funk, jazz, bluegrass. It's a thank you to all my boating friends who have made my life a better one.
